You are then able to bypass our home page and send buyers or renters directly to your page first. By including your web site address on your yard sign, flyers, and voice mail message and in your newspaper ad, you give people a place to get more information if they aren't able to reach you right away.

The web site saves you from cleaning for an hour or two only to hear the potential buyers tell you that they live around the corner and have always wondered what your home looked like on the inside. It allows buyers from out of state to look at the photos of your home on the internet and listen to you give them a "tour" over the phone. When someone wants to see your commercial building while you are in the middle of a meeting, you can direct them to the website to see photos and get all the details until your appointment with them later in the day. When people see your website address in the newspaper, they'll look it up on the web and get the facts without the abbreviations. Think about it. When you receive a phone call from someone that has seen your website, they already know what your property looks like, where it is located, how much you are asking and they want to see it in person! You have a "pre-screened" interested buyer or tenant!

The best way to evaluate our company is to read what people are saying about us! Asking our success rate is a lot like asking the local newspaper what their success rate is. Since we are not the ones setting the asking price, taking the phone calls, preparing the and showing the property, we do not take credit for the timing of the sale. We make marketing recommendations however it is entirely up the home seller to implement the plan. It is a fact that approximately 25% of all real estate in the country is sold by owner, so the chances of you selling your home are quite good if you follow the proven marketing principles that we teach. To aid you in evaluating the effectiveness of your marketing, we track and display the number of visitors your page has had in your private admin area. Many people will rotate several different newspaper ads and track the number of visitors on the web site to see which ads sent over the most buyers. Our biggest strength is the exponential effect that your website will have on your marketing when used with your other advertising. Our customers put their website address on their signs, flyers, and voicemail and in their newspaper ads. This compounds the effectiveness of all of these marketing tools and allows interested buyers and tenants access to information in the event that the property owner cannot be reached immediately.

For residential property that is for sale your web ad will run for as long as needed.  However, a member must log in at least once every 30 days to keep their ad active.  This is the systems way of self cleansing the ads that are not current.  Every time you log in the system updates your ad to reflect your current log in date as the date last updated on your website.  This shows that the ad is more current and you as the seller are actively managing your website.


Frequently Asked Questions

There is no time limit for ads that are listed for sale.  As long as you log in at least once every 30 days, your ad will continue to run.  This will change the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of your page to the day you logged in.  This keeps the ads on the website fresh.

If you fail to log in every 30 days, your property status will change to "Archive/Inactive".  You can change it back to "Active" by editing the property information and changing the "Status" (located near the top of the page).
